Monthly Anytime Minutes, National IN Calling and
Night & Weekend Minutes are for use from within the EasyPay
Plans Rate and Coverage Area.
Initial balance placed on account at activation expires 30
days after you place the first call. If the first call is
not placed within 30 days of account activation, you will
forfeit the money in your account. Funds placed on the account
after the initial balance will expire in 30 days. Other charges
for available services on your EasyPay Plan may deplete your
monthly allowance of Anytime Minutes. Unlimited IN Calling
and Night & Weekend Minutes not available if account has
expired. Night & Weekend Minutes do not apply to international
calls.
When outside the EasyPay Plans Rate and Coverage Area you
will be charged at the roaming rate of 99¢ per minute
including domestic long distance. Service availability dependent
on phone model. Voice Mail setup and retrievals are charged
at regular Calling Plan rates and will deplete account balance
when calling from your wireless phone. V CAST, New Every Two,®
Extended Warranty, Wireless Phone Protection, Total Equipment
Coverage, Roadside Assistance, Detailed Billing and Enhanced
Voice Mail are not available on the EasyPay Plans. In some
instances these features or services may work and charges
will deplete account balance.
Important Information
For more information, refer to the Verizon Wireless
Prepay Customer Agreement or speak to a Sales Representative.
Except as otherwise specifically noted in this brochure,
all terms, conditions and obligations of the Verizon Wireless
Prepay Customer Agreement shall govern the terms of your service.
Your wireless number is subject to termination after the expiration
period. Verizon Wireless will suspend service when your account
reaches the expiration date. Any unused balance will be forfeited.
Customers must make a payment to their account every 30 days
in the amount agreed upon during activation to avoid service
interruption. Verizon Wireless reserves the right to terminate
service if the account expires, at which time a $35 activation
fee may apply to re-establish service. Your balance may not
exceed $1,000 and you may be prevented from making payments
to your account if it reaches $1,000. Funds deposited to your
account through Verizon Wireless Bill Payment Kiosks will
have taxes deducted from the total amount deposited at the
applicable rate.
Toll- and airtime-free numbers are 911, #PAY (#729) and *611.
Service limitations apply to Caller ID. To block the transmission
of your number and name, *67 may be used. No charge for busy
or unanswered calls on the EasyPay Plans Network. Charges
for calls will be based on the cell sites used and time of
day at the telephone switching office that carries your call,
which may be different from the time of day shown on your
phone. Rates do not apply to credit card or operator-assisted
calls, which may be required in certain areas. Usage rounded
up to the next full minute. Unused allowance minutes lost.
Charges start when you first press SEND or the call connects
to a network on outgoing calls, and when the call connects
to a network (which may be before it rings) on incoming calls.
Time may end several seconds after you press END or the call
otherwise disconnects. For calls made on our network, we only
bill for calls that connect (which includes calls answered
by machines). Calls to "toll-free"numbers are toll-free;
you will be billed airtime. Billing for airtime and related
charges may sometimes be delayed.
IN Calling: If Caller ID is not present
or Caller ID Block is initiated, IN Calling does not apply
to incoming calls and will apply to outgoing calls only. IN
Calling is not available to customers whose wireless exchange
restricts the delivery of Caller ID or with fixed wireless
devices with usage substantially from a single cell site.
IN Calling does not apply if Call Forwarding or No Answer/Busy
Transfer features are activated or to data usage, calls to
check your Voice Mail and calls to Verizon Wireless customers
using any of the VZGlobal services.
411 Connect®: When outside the EasyPay
Plans Rate and Coverage Area, 411 Connect rates, automatic
connection and enhanced services may vary. For connected calls,
the part of the call that occurs prior to connection may be
billed at a different rate than the part of the call that
occurs after connection. Additional toll and long distance
charges may apply. If you receive incorrect information from
411 Connect, call *611 (airtime-free) to receive a $1.49 credit
back to your account.
Verizon Wireless Calling Plans, Rate and Coverage Areas,
agreement provisions, business practices, procedures and policies
are subject to change as specified in the Verizon Wireless
Prepay Customer Agreement. Our liability is significantly
limited. Please read and understand the Verizon Wireless Prepay
Customer Agreement before activating or using your phone.
Notice of Additional International TXT Messaging
Locations and Rates
Sending a TXT Message to international locations will be
25¢ per message. Receiving messages from these locations
will be 10¢ per message.
